Dr. Hédi Bozsonyik
Hedi Bozsonyik graduated from Eötvös Loránd University of Sciences, Faculty of Law, Budapest, Hungary in 1993 and she is member of the Budapest Bar Association since 1997.
Hedi is 11 years, since 2012 consistently, top ranked in employment. She built and led Szecskay Attorneys’ market-leading employment practice in the past ten years.
She is author of many publications, co-author of the Hungarian Chapter of International Employment Law and regular contributor to the Doing Business Projects organized by the World Bank Group (Equal Opportunity for All Project, Doing Business in a More Transparent World Project, Going Beyond Efficiency Project, Understanding Regulations for Small and Medium-Size Enterprises Project).
She is fluent in English. She was also the sole contact of the Ius Laboris Alliance while she was the practice lead of the employment practice of Szecskay.

Dr. Gábor Fodor T.
After graduating in law from Eötvös Loránd University of Sciences, Faculty of Law, Budapest, Hungary in 1997, Gábor Fodor spent most of his trainee years in a law firm with an international clientele. When he became an attorney-at-law, his focus was on employment and has litigated hundreds of employment cases. He then worked for several years in public administration, during which time he gained experience in legislative and EU labour law practice. The practice, which was run thereafter by himself in the first years, has been continuously expanded over the years.
Gábor Fodor is co-author of the Handbook of Labour Law he is member of the Board of Bar Examiners, and author of a large number of labour law studies and articles. He is also regular speaker at professional conferences organized in Hungary and abroad. Besides his work, one of his hobbies is labour law, he is particularly interested in issues related to the European Union’s working time legislation, and has conducted academic research in this field.
Gábor Fodor is fluent in English and German, speaks Swedish and has a basic knowledge of Russian, Slovenian and Slovak.
Dr. Réka Gabriella Varga
Réka Varga graduated summa cum laude in law from the Eötvös Loránd University of Sciences, Faculty of Law, Budapest, Hungary in 2015. In 2014, during her studies, she joined to the specialist employment team lead by Gábor Fodor where she has been working ever since. Since entering the profession of law she has committed herself to employment law. She passed the bar exam with distinction and is currently working as an associate. Her legal expertise expands across labour and employment law.
Dr. Barabás Szemenyei
Barabás graduated summa cum laude in law from the Eötvös Loránd University of Sciences, Faculty of Law, Budapest, Hungary. During his studies, he spent a semester at Lund University in the framework of the Erasmus program and participated in an international labour law litigation competition. He joined the expert team lead by Gábor Fodor almost two years ago and currently works as a junior associate. His particular focus is on employment litigation. He is fluent in English.
Dr. Debóra Gacs
Debóra graduated from the Deák Ferenc Faculty of Law and Political Sciences at the Széchenyi István University in Győr, Hungary, in 2021. After her graduation she started her carrier at the Government Office and thereafter at the District Court in Győr. She joined the practice recently in 2023. She is fluent in English.
Dr. Éva Németh
Éva Németh graduated from Eötvös Loránd University of Sciences, Faculty of Law, Budapest, Hungary in 2006 and she is member of the Budapest Bar Association since 2010. She also studied French and European law at Pantheon-Assas (Paris II) University as well as economics and business administration at the Faculty of Business Administration of Corvinus University of Budapest. Since 2020 she holds an LL.M. degree in data security and data protection law. She focuses her practice on advising clients mainly on data privacy matters. She also has extensive experience in pharmaceutical and medical device law, as well as real property law and general corporate matters.She is fluent in English and has a basic knowledge of French, German and Turkish.
