What we do
We represent clients in all areas of HR, employment and labour law and provide our clients with high-quality tailor-made service that meets international standards.
We support clients on the full range of work from day-to-day support to the management and HR teams of our clients through to advising on the most complex issues and disputes. We also support clients with a range of value-adding services including consultancy and training.
Our goal and vision
We are fully devoted to employment law. With our union we are one of the key players in the field of employment law firms in Hungary and we have a strong drive and the capabilities to quickly grow and to invest into the ability to serve an international client base.

Hiring and recruitment
We advise on, negotiate and draft employment agreements (for employees, executives and management) directors service agreements, and also internal policies and codes of conduct.
Termination of employment, group redundancies
We regularly draft and advise on terminations, redundancies, helping our clients to navigate through group and mass redundancies. We also draft and advise on settlement agreements and we regularly deal with sensitive and high profile issues as the removal of senior executives.
Compensation and Benefits
We advise on all tax and social security aspects of compensation and benefits and also on the introduction and implementation of share option schemes or other employee incentive programs and benefit packages.
Worktime, working hours and time off
We advise clients on all aspects of work time and leave issues, with a focus on EU’s working time legislation.
We advise on PE issues, we draft and advise on all aspects of remote working and hybrid home office arrangements.
Restructuring and transfer of undertaking
We advise on all aspects of TUPE issues and complex restructuring, outsourcing and succession projects within Hungary and also in cross-border projects.
Collective labour law and employee representation
We draft company level collective bargaining agreement, advise and assist our clients in trade union wage and strike bargaining. We also advise on and assist in the proceedings regarding the election of employee representative bodies (local and SE works council elections and SNB elections).
We support our clients with guidance on employment disputes, queries and issues as they arise and litigate also. We have experience across the full range of employment claims, including unfair dismissal, redundancy, whistle-blowing, discrimination, breach of contract, equal pay and we provide our clients with strong and effective representation.
Work place investigation
We advise on work place investigations and the appropriate legal consequences in case of inappropriate conduct of employees.
Data protection and whistleblowing
We advise on personal data protection and privacy laws, GDPR compliance issues (including controlling data at all stages of employment, running electronic monitoring systems, checking the e-mail and internet use) and in connection with whistleblowing schemes.
We provide trainings to the management and HR teams of our clients on a regular basis. Our trainings and workshops are designed to managers have a solid understanding of employment law.
